Order Notes

  1. After applying the discount code, the system will automatically select and apply the best discount. If add-on purchases or other discounts are better than the discount code, the discount code will not be applied.

  2. Your order contains at least 1 printed item (Design Studio / Design Your Own / 3D Limited Edition). It requires 6 to 8 business days to process.

  3. If your order contains one or more pre-order items, it will not be shipped until all the items in your order is ready.

  4. The delivery time of pre-order items is only for reference but not a certain delivery date. If the goods are shipped early, we will not give notification in advance. We will inform the customer in advance if the delivery date is delayed.

  5. Processing time depends on item:
     - Printed items (Also applies to patterned styles): 3–5 business days
     - Non-printed items only: 1–2 business days
    Total delivery time = Processing + Warehouse Transfer + Shipping. Enter your address at checkout to see available shipping options and transit times.
    - Additional time may be required for customs clearance depending on your location.

  6. Duty/VAT taxes may happen for any country and you are responsible for checking in advance the laws that apply to your situation. Details
