Can I use my RHINOSHIELD Clear case with a full-coverage screen protector?

Our Clear case should be compatible with most third-party full-coverage protectors on the market. However, we cannot guarantee that all of them work well with our case as it highly depends on the design and coverage of each screen protector.
RHINOSHIELD screen protectors are designed to perfectly fit our Clear case. If you are looking for one to go with the case, make sure to check them out!

Can I use my RHINOSHIELD Clear case with a back protector or phone skin?

We do not recommend installing a back protective film or wrap on the phone itself, as the added thickness may make installing or removing the phone case more difficult if there isn’t enough clearance.

Does the RHINOSHIELD Clear case support wireless charging and mobile payment?

The product itself does not affect your phone’s NFC or wireless charging functions.
However, actual performance can vary depending on factors like the NFC reader’s location, the thickness of any attached accessories, and the power of your charger or wireless charging pad.
We recommend testing based on your own usage.

Is the RHINOSHIELD Clear case compatible with MagSafe?

The RHINOSHIELD Clear case standard version supports charging with Apple MagSafe accessories and wireless charging pads.
Magnetic strength may vary depending on the thickness of the phone case. We recommend using RHINOSHIELD’s MagSafe-compatible series of phone cases for the best experience.

Is it possible to purchase the camera button separately to use with a case that has a cutout design?

Currently, the camera button is not sold separately. To ensure the best user experience, the cutout design case and the camera button case feature different designs around the camera controls, making the two versions incompatible.

How resistant is the RHINOSHIELD Clear case against discoloration?

The RHINOSHIELD Clear case has passed SGS’s rigorous yellowing tests and uses a special anti-stain treatment. It not only offers excellent anti-yellowing performance, but also resists discoloration during daily use, effectively delaying yellowing and reducing the risk of dirt and stain absorption.
If the phone case shows yellowing wear, we offer a lifetime yellowing warranty replacement service. For assistance with this service, please contact our customer support team.

How do I clean my RHINOSHIELD Clear case? Can I use alcohol?

For daily cleaning, we suggest using wet wipes. To sanitize, wipe it swiftly with a cloth and a small amount of rubbing alcohol (less than 75%). If you are using a Clear with a printed design on it, we suggest avoiding the printed parts while using rubbing alcohol.

Is the RHINOSHIELD Clear case BPA/F/S free?

The RHINOSHIELD Clear case is free from BPA, BPS, and BPF, which are chemicals commonly found in plastics.

Can the RHINOSHIELD Clear case be fully recycled?

The RHINOSHIELD Clear case is made from a single material, embracing a circular design concept. After recycling, the product can be remanufactured through specialized processes, reducing its environmental impact. For more information, please refer to the RHINOLOOP Recycling Program.
