Jimmy Liao

Jimmy Liao is a Taiwanese illustrator and picture book writer. In 1998, he published his first two picture books, “Secrets In The Forest” and “A Fish With A Smile.” After that, he released multiple well-known productions such as “Turn Left, Turn Right,” “When The Moon Forget,” and “Sounds of Color.” “Turn Left, Turn Right” was voted as “One of the Ten Most Influential Books: by the Taiwanese bookstore chain, Kingstones. He has a gentle, refreshing, deep, and solemn art style. The poetic combination of the words and images prompts a calm and spiritual reading experience to the reader. Its unique narrative style has attracted young and adult readers worldwide regardless of age, region, ethnicity, and language.
